• Enquiry details — the service you're interested in and any information you give us about the property or job (for example through our contact form, by phone, text, email or social media).
• Photos — any images you send us of your property to help us quote, and before/after photos we may take of completed work.
• Payment information — records of payments due and made. Direct Debit and card payments are handled securely by our payment provider, GoCardless; we do not store your full bank or card details ourselves.
• Website data — basic technical information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed (see "Cookies" below).

We collect this information directly from you — when you contact us, request a quote, book a job, or make a payment — and automatically through our website.

3. How and why we use your information

We use your personal data to:

We keep your personal data only for as long as we need it. Enquiry details that don't lead to a booking are kept for a reasonable period in case you get back in touch, then deleted. Customer and financial records are kept for at least six years to meet HMRC and accounting requirements, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to those who need it to do their job. While no system can be completely secure, we work to keep your information safe and to deal promptly with any issue.
