A lot of our long-standing residential customers are in their seventies and eighties. If we're there and they need a bag of shopping moved or a wheelie bin shifted, we do it. We've never charged extra for that and we never will.
How we actually clean
Pure water, reach-and-wash, no soap on your brickwork.
The method matters. Most cleaners in Burnley still use ladders, buckets and detergent — fine on a single-storey house, slower and riskier on anything bigger, and the soap residue dulls the glass over time.
We use a pure water reach-and-wash system. The water is filtered to zero parts per million — no minerals, no salts, nothing that can leave a mark when it dries. The pole reaches up to three storeys. The brush head is soft enough not to scratch leaded panes or older glass. There's no ladder against your wall, no soap on your brickwork, no streaks when it dries.

How much does window cleaning cost in Burnley?
Most three-bed terraced houses in BB11 are £12–£15 per clean on a four-weekly round. Semis are £15–£20. Larger detached properties are quoted individually. Commercial pricing depends on the site — call with the address and we'll come and look.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
For residential, four-weekly is what most people choose — it keeps the glass consistently clear without being excessive. Eight-weekly works if your property is more sheltered or you'd rather space them out.
For commercial premises, frequency depends on footfall, position and visibility — a high-street shop usually wants fortnightly or four-weekly; an industrial unit might be quarterly.
Do I need to be home when you come?
No. We work outside the property. Frames and sills are included as standard. All we need is access to the back, which usually means an unlocked side gate. We always text or message the day before so you can sort that.
Do you work in the rain?
Light rain, yes. The pure water system means rain doesn't streak the glass — when the water on the windows is the same purity as the rain, there's nothing left to mark. In heavy weather we'll reschedule, and we won't charge you for a missed clean.
How do I pay?
BACS, card over the phone, or cash on the day. No subscriptions, no direct debit lock-in. You can stop the round whenever — we just ask for a quick message so we can update the schedule.
